Purpose: to avoid conception

Typical 2-phase chart with clear cervical fluid signs (from Y S to T Ew) and cervix changes (from hard and located below on the 7th day of the cycle, to soft and located above on the 14th day of the cycle)

The last intercourse not leading to conception according to Doering’s rule was in the 5th day of the cycle. The first intercourse in the post-ovulatory infertile phase not leading to conception was in the evening of the 19th day of the cycle.
The spotting at the end of the cycle is counted into that cycle.
